1.1 Acceptance of terms
By placing an order on SocNeo.Com, you accept all of the service terms listed in this document, whether or not you have read them. SocNeo.Com reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.
When using the service, you also undertake to comply with the terms of the relevant social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, and others). Continuing to use the service after the terms have been updated means you have fully accepted the new version.
1.2 Changes & updates
Service prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice; the refund policy in force at the time the dispute arises shall apply. Order completion times are indicative estimates only, not commitments.
SocNeo.Com has the right to change server types, providers, or processing techniques in order to fulfill orders. System features, interface, and functionality may change at any time without prior notice.
1.3 Disclaimer & responsibility
SocNeo.Com shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to: financial loss, loss of reputation, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
SocNeo.Com is not responsible if your social account is locked, restricted, labeled, or otherwise acted upon by a platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) as a result of your use of the service. By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold SocNeo.Com harmless from any claims, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the service.
2. Services
2.1 Service scope
SocNeo.Com provides technical tools to increase the reach and visibility of social accounts. SocNeo.Com makes no commitment that interacting accounts will continue to like, comment, message, or take any other action after an order is completed.
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without any warranty whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, or accuracy. Real engagement rate and follower / view / like retention after delivery depend on the platform’s algorithm and are not part of SocNeo.Com’s commitment.
2.2 User obligations
You undertake not to use SocNeo.Com for any content that violates Vietnamese law, the platforms’ terms, or social ethics.
The following content is strictly PROHIBITED:
- Gambling, betting, lottery, or online casino.
- Drugs, banned substances, or illegal stimulants.
- Pornography, child exploitation, prostitution, or pandering.
- Fraud, financial scams, illegal multi-level marketing, Ponzi schemes.
- Subversion or activity opposing the Communist Party and the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- Trade in prohibited goods, weapons, explosives, or wildlife.
- Distortion of politics, history, or religion; incitement to violence or hatred.
- Insults, defamation, or attacks on the dignity of any organization or individual.
- Any other content that SocNeo.Com judges to be in violation or to carry legal risk, without further explanation.
Private, closed, or platform-locked accounts are not eligible for refund — you are responsible for keeping the account and content public before placing an order. You must monitor order progress yourself and bear all risks arising from any platform action against your account after using the service. You must keep your login credentials secret; SocNeo.Com is not liable for damages caused by your disclosure of login credentials.
3. Refund policy
3.1 No cash refunds
SocNeo.Com DOES NOT refund back to a bank account, e-wallet, or any payment method. All deposits are final and may only be used for orders within the SocNeo.Com system.
Completing payment means you commit not to file complaints, disputes, or chargebacks with the bank or payment gateway. Any chargeback or transaction inquiry will result in permanent account suspension, cancellation of all related orders, and recall of any delivered interactions (followers / likes / views, etc.).
In any case where a refund is granted, SocNeo.Com only refunds as internal account balance for further use within the system, regardless of the situation.
3.2 Cases not eligible for refund
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been received and pushed to the processing system. The following are not eligible for any refund:
- Wrong link structure, wrong service type, or mistyped link.
- Account or post set to private / friends-only / age-restricted at the time of processing.
- Changing username, closing the account, or changing link structure after placing the order.
- Placing multiple orders for the same service to the same link at the same time.
- Placing the same order with another provider at the same time as your SocNeo.Com order.
- Failure to read the terms, service description, or running conditions carefully.
3.3 Fraud & abuse
Any use of payment cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets not legitimately owned by you will result in permanent account suspension, and SocNeo.Com reserves the right to refer the case to the competent authorities.
Placing the same link to multiple servers / providers at the same time is strictly prohibited and will lead to cancellation without refund. Any other fraudulent behavior (exploiting system bugs, creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, embezzling balance, etc.) will be handled in the same manner, including legal action under Vietnamese law.
4. Privacy policy
4.1 Data protection
Your personal information is used solely to operate the account, process orders, and provide support. SocNeo.Com does not sell, trade, or distribute your information to third parties for commercial purposes, except where required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit and stored in databases protected by appropriate technical measures. When forwarding orders to a provider, SocNeo.Com only transmits the link and quantity required — no customer-identifying information is included.
4.2 Data we store
SocNeo.Com collects and stores only the minimum fields necessary for operation: username, email, hashed password, order history, transaction history, IP address, browser information. Sensitive fields receive protection consistent with industry practice.
4.3 Retention period
Information is retained for the period needed to operate the service and meet accounting and legal obligations under Vietnamese law. You may request account and personal-data deletion through support; however, data subject to mandatory legal retention will be kept for the corresponding period.
5. User responsibilities
5.1 Compliance & security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account, password, and all activity carried out under your account. Use of the service must comply with current Vietnamese law and the terms of the relevant social platforms.
Any order placed from your account — whether by you or by anyone with access to your account — is treated as placed by you, and you bear full responsibility.
5.2 Reporting incidents
Any order incident (orders not running, drops, miscount, self-cancellation, etc.) must be reported to support within 72 hours of occurrence. After this window, SocNeo.Com has no obligation to refund, warranty, or reprocess.
When reporting, you must provide accurate information (order ID, original link, screenshot if available). SocNeo.Com reserves the right to refuse processing if the information is incomplete or appears misleading.
6. Waiver of consumer rights & right of withdrawal
6.1 Waiver
By purchasing services on SocNeo.Com, you confirm and agree to waive the right of withdrawal and any rights to cash refund under e-commerce conventions. You acknowledge that SocNeo.Com’s service is a digital service delivered immediately and cannot be revoked once an order has been pushed to the provider.
Any compensation (if any) will only be provided as internal account balance on SocNeo.Com under Section 3 — no cash conversion, no reverse transfer.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Limitation
In no event shall SocNeo.Com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of brand reputation, or business interruption.
SocNeo.Com’s total maximum liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the amount you paid for the disputed order.
SocNeo.Com is not liable for force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: changes to a social platform’s algorithm or policy, ISP outages, large-scale power outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, or decisions of competent state authorities.
8. Data protection compliance
8.1 Compliance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP
SocNeo.Com commits to processing user personal data in accordance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection and the Cybersecurity Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data through support, except where retention is required by law.
8.2 Cooperation with authorities
SocNeo.Com is obliged to and will fully provide user information to competent state authorities upon a valid legal request, without obligation to notify the user in advance. By using the service, you confirm consent to such processing.
8.3 Cross-border data transfer
Some of SocNeo.Com’s providers and technical partners host servers outside Vietnam. By using the service, you authorize SocNeo.Com to transfer and process the minimum information needed (link, quantity) through these partners to fulfill orders.
8.4 Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation and mediation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent court in Vietnam. If any one or more provisions in this document are held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
